Price for the Entire residence is for 6 persons. Prices above include breakfast, services and all taxes.
- Single occupancy of the Standard double room has a 10% discount.
- Each additional adult for Suites will be charged at 35€ per night.
- Children from age 2 -16 in parent's room are charged 10€ each.

Confirmation of reservation
Reservation starts with the deposit of 30% of the total sum of the reservation in a bank account.
Confirmation is made immediately after payment of the deposit.
Bookings can also be made using credit card details.
Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation of reservation
- Cancellation of reservation must be notified by email or fax.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date.
- Cancellation within 21 to 7 days before the confirmed arrival date has a charge of 30% of the total sum of the reservation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the confirmed arrival date has a charge of 50% of the total sum of the reservation.
- In case of no show or departure before the due departure date, the guest will be charged for 100% of the sum of reservation.
